Your interest can be officially confirmed through a reservation agreement, which secures the apartment and removes it from the market. A reservation fee of CZK 300,000 is payable upon signing and will be applied toward the final purchase price.
The reservation remains valid for 60 days, giving us sufficient time to arrange everything needed for the future purchase agreement.
Selection of Finishes
Before signing the future purchase agreement, you will decide whether the Standard Classic or Standard Premium specification is right for you. Visit the Interiors page to explore both options.
Signing the Agreement and First Instalment
Upon signing the future purchase agreement, you will pay 10% of the purchase price. The previously paid reservation fee will be credited towards this payment.
Final Payment
Once you receive notification that the occupancy permit has been issued, you will pay the remaining 90% of the purchase price.
Mortgage Financing
Our mortgage specialist will be happy to help you arrange financing quickly and efficiently, minimizing delays and unnecessary paperwork. We work closely with most leading banks on the market to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Once the full purchase price has been settled, we will invite you to sign the purchase agreement. Following its execution, we will arrange the submission of the ownership registration application to the Land Registry on your behalf.
The Land Registry Office typically processes the change of ownership within 30 days of receiving the application. After the registration is finalized and your name appears on the title deed, the property is fully yours to use.
